Get ready for an unforgettable event! Our team is committed to delivering top-notch service and hosting exceptional events. 
  • HOW DO I SCHEDULE A TOUR?

    Tours are Wednesdays 10 am- 12 pm and 4 pm- 6pm and Fridays 10 am - 12 pm and 4-6 pm. You may call or email to schedule a tour. 

  • HOW DO I BOOK MY DATE?

    Dates are booked by availability. Your date is reserved once a contract is signed, and payment is made. The first payment is 50% of the total, and the remaining half is due 90 days prior to the event.

  • WHAT SPACES ARE INCLUDED DURING THE EVENT?

    Use of property from 9am to 10 pm. 

    EO Manees Reception Hall:

    • Bridal Suite. You may lock the door during the event for security purposes. 
    • GroomsGroom's Quarters. A wardrobe closet and cabinets will lock for security purposes during the event. 
    • Covered Porch
    • Balcony Covered Porch
    • String Light Courtyard
    • Multiple outdoor ceremony sites
    • Catering Prep Kitchen with w 2 commercial refrigerators, warming oven and ice machine. 
  • WHAT AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

    • 20 60” round tables
    • 10 6x30  banquet tables
    • 20 8x30 banquet tables
    • 10 30” round tables with 30” and 42” poles
    • 2 hour bridal portrait and engagement session (use of facility)
    • On site parking and Handicap Accessible Parking/Restrooms
    • Set up/Breakdown of Tables and Chairs
    • One hour rehearsal prior to event date
    • 150 Wooden spider back chair period to the home. 

  • DO YOU ALLOW ALCOHOL?

    Yes, alcohol is allowed and must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. We do not allow self serve alcohol. 


    The E.O. Manees mobile wet bar can be located to any room in the house for your party or event.


    The bar must close 30 minutes prior to the end of reception. 


  • IS AN EVENT COORDINATOR INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

    We do not provide an on site coordinator or wedding planner but highly recommend so that you and your family may enjoy your stress free day. 

  • CAN WE REHEARSE PRIOR TO THE EVENT DAY?

    If an event is not booked the day before your wedding you may rehearse for one hour. We cannot guarantee there will be an opportunity to rehearse. The venue can be opened at 8 am instead of 9 am if you are not able to rehearse the night before. 

  • CAN WE USE OUR OWN VENDORS?

    We are open to working with all vendors prior to approval. We can provide insight on which vendors we prefer. 

  • CAN WE USE SPARKLERS

    Sparklers may be used outside on the lawn but not on the porch or upstairs balcony. The wedding party must provide a canister to properly dispose of the sparklers. 

  • IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

    Yes, we require a $500 refundable damage deposit.

    Yes, we have ample, secure parking.

  • ARE YOU HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

    Yes, The EO Manees House is handicap accessible and has accessible bathrooms
